Shipping:

Free local delivery to postcodes 4800 and 4802.

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your posted item.

We will happily replace any items, offer a store credit or refund your product if it arrives defective or damaged. Please send us an email to: shop.onemoon@outlook.com to ensure a replacement is available. 

Returns:
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unwashed and free of stains, odors and animal hair.  

Our policy lasts 7 calendar days of receiving your item. If 7 days have exceeded since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The order number, name accociated with the order and reason for return is required.  Shipping costs are non refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. One Moon is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and change of mind purchases cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and whether a replacement, credit note or refund is granted.

If you are approved for a refund then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
